The academic program of the BDS(Bachelor of Dental Surgery) Course of the Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical university is a NON-SEMESTER 5 year Professional Undergraduate qualification which prepares students for the basic practice of Dental disciplines, and simultaneously enabling them to pursue higher Post Graduate training and qualification. The contents of the course is so designed that the entire curriculum is divided into equal divisions over a period of 5 years.
